Special assessment of working conditions
For the enforcement of the Federal Law dd. 28.12.2013 No. 426-FZ «On the Special Assessment of Working Conditions», articles 209 and 212 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, a special assessment of working conditions was carried out at Natixis Bank JSC. A special assessment of working conditions is a single set of consistently implemented measures to identify harmful and (or) dangerous factors in the work environment and the labor process and to assess the level of their impact on the employee, taking into account the deviation of their actual values from the norms established by the federal executive body authorized by the Government of the Russian Federation (hygienic standards) of working conditions and the use of individual and collective protection of workers. According to the results of the assessment of working conditions, it was decided that the workplaces in «Natixis Bank JSC» do not need any improvement.
